TOWN CLERK 2017 NEW HOURS

Beginning May 1, 2017, Caton Town Clerk's hours are as follows: Monday & Thursday-2 pm to 6 pm; Wednesday-8:30 am to 12:30 pm; CLOSED ON TUESDAY & FRIDAY. SUMMER YOUTH PARK PROGRAM ASSISTANT POSITIONS
TOWN OF CATON PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT
 
The Town of Caton Summer Youth Park Program is seeking (3) applicants for the Park Program Assistant positions. Hours are weekdays, 9 am – 12 noon, starting July 31st - August 18th. Wages are $9.70 per hour. Must be energetic and enjoy working with children. Candidates will be chosen on July 12th, 2017 at a regular monthly Town Board meeting. All Town Offices' will be CLOSED on Monday, May 29th in honor of Memorial Day.

Bar Assessement Information-2017

The Assessor will be sitting with the Tentative Roll on Saturday, May 6, from 4-8 pmMonday, May 8, from 1-5 pm and Monday, May 15, from 1-5 pm. If you intend to file a complaint with the Town of Caton BAR,(Grievance Day-May 30) a completed complaint form(RP-524) must be filed with the Assessor's office no later than May 30,2017-8PM. Upon filing the completed RP-524 form,you will be assigned a hearing  time before the BAR Board. Forms are available at the Assessors Office or on line at WWW.ORPS.STATE.NY.US. The BAR will meet May 30 (4PM-8PM).

You may use your Credit/Debit card and E-check to pay your taxes online or in person at the Town Clerk's Office (full payment only).  Use the link above.  You can view and print and pay your bill!

Need a copy of an older bill? You can go back as far as 2007 and view and print them too.

You may also use your card to pay for dog licenses, hunting licenses, marriage licenses, landfill tickets, building permits & for any purchase made in the Town Clerk's Office. 

E-check surcharge is $5. Credit card surcharge for any item purchased up to $64 is $1.75 added to the card. Credit card surcharge for any item purchased over $64 is 2.75% added to the card. As always, you can still pay in person by check or in cash with no service fee.
